The NKASD School Board will not have an Education Committee Meeting in July. Regular scheduled meetings will resume on Wednesday, August 21, 2024.

The General Meeting of the New Kensington-Arnold School Board will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the VJSHS Board Room, 703 Stevenson Boulevard, New Kensington, PA. The meeting is open to the public.

Due to technical difficulties there will not be a virtual option.

The Nutrition Group and New Kensington-Arnold School District will be offering summer meals to school-age children in the community. The program is free and open to all school-age children 18 years of age or younger.

The New Kensington-Arnold School Board will have a Special School Board Meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. for the purpose of approving a Comprehensive English Language Arts Series for Grades K-6. The meeting will be a Microsoft Teams Meeting only. Click the title above to join the virtual meeting. The meeting is open to the public.

We are excited to share this year's Senior Graduation Ceremony will be live-streamed, in real-time for the community (or anyone) to watch who are unable to attend in person or who may be interested in watching from the comfort of their own homes. Ceremony will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5th.

Wednesday, June 5th will be the last day of school for students. All students in Kindergarten through 11th grade, both walkers and bus riders will report to school and/or bus stops at the regular time, however, there will be an early dismissal. Please see the attached letter from Dr. Sefcheck for dismissal times.
