The General Meeting of the New Kensington-Arnold School Board is scheduled for Tuesday, February 6, 2024. The meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the VJSHS Board Room, 703 Stevenson Boulevard, New Kensington, PA and also virtually via Microsoft Teams. Click the title above to join the virtual meeting. NKASD will be on a two-hour delay, followed by a Remote Instruction Day on Friday, January 19, 2024. Students will remain home to complete all work remotely with their teachers. After the two-hour delay, students will be required to login and participate following the two-hour delay schedule. Please read the attached letter for more details.

The Education Committee Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 17, 2024 has been cancelled due to weather. It will be rescheduled at a later date to be announced.

NKASD is utilizing a Flexible Instruction Day (FID) Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Students are expected to log onto Microsoft Teams following their school's 2 hour delay schedule.

NKASD will be operating on a 2-Hour Delay - Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Students should report to their bus stop 2 hours after their normal time.

The General School Board Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 9, 2024 has been cancelled due to weather. Reschedule date is to be determined.

The New Kensington-Arnold School District is seeking nominations for its Distinguished Alumni Award for the class of 2024. Appropriately nominated alumni will represent the best of the communities of Arnold and New Kensington. They are role models for our students to look up to and a source of great pride for the school district. Consideration will be given to candidates that have made outstanding contributions in, but not limited to, the areas of athletics, business, education, journalism, law, manufacturing, medicine, performing arts, public service, science, and the trades.
